Material in return, for service etc
Before sending material to us an agreement must be done (+46 8 - 501 694 17).
Following information shall be specified with the goods:
- Company, contact person and contact details
- Product including serial number
- Description of the problem
- Delivery address
If the product has been used, we will be most grateful if you could clean it before sending it to us. Cerlic Controls AB have no possibility to deside if, and in case what, dangerous chemical liquid which has been in contact with the product and we will not handle non-cleaned material.
The freight cost will be on your account unless otherwise has been agreed upon.
