Pulp and Paper

Optical program for pulp consistency measurement including in-line and bypass transmitters, designed to withstand high temperature and high pressure applications.

Consistency meters easy to calibrate and install; no moving parts, can be removed during operation.

Measuring range from 0,01 to 15%.

Cerlic´s Consistency Sensors use transmission of high intensity NIR-light (Near Infra Red), which gives a true reading with high accuracy and resolution.
All Cerlic sensors are factory calibrated. Commissioning requires only a simple one-point adjustment.

Together with the Control Box, the Cerlic sensors measure fiber and particle consistencies of all types of pulp and stock. The consistency sensors are also used on other types of processes where suspended solids need to be measured and controlled, as in the chemical processing industry, power and heating plants, wastewater treatment plants, etc.
